Who is Traci?
Hi, I'm Traci Saulsberry,
​a communications strategist, brand consultant and author. 

With more than two decades as a communications strategist, I've shaped stories at the highest levels. As Senior Vice President of Communications at Peacock, I built the team from the ground up, helped grow the brand into a $2B business and secured more than 120 awards nominations. I became Vice President at NBCUniversal at just 27, one of the youngest Black executives in the company's history.

Today, through my consultancy and my writing, I help leaders, founders, and creatives define their story before the world does — sharpening narratives for investors, customers, and teams.
